Privacy Policy
The short version: GambleBot stores Discord identifiers and game data needed to run the economy. It does not ask for Discord passwords or payment information, and it does not sell personal information.

This policy explains what information GambleBot processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you. By using GambleBot, you acknowledge this policy.
Information we process
GambleBot may store information needed to run its virtual economy:
- Discord user and server identifiers;
- virtual balances, claims, cooldowns, transfers, wagers, payouts, game statistics, achievements, titles, miners, and leaderboard data;
- command activity timestamps and limited operational records used to prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and restore interrupted activity.
Discord display names and avatars may be used to format a response. GambleBot does not intentionally store message content, Discord passwords, bot tokens, payment-card information, or other payment credentials.
How information is used
We use this information to provide and secure the bot, maintain balances and cooldowns, calculate game outcomes and statistics, display leaderboards, investigate abuse, repair errors, and improve reliability.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the bot and its data, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, prevent abuse, or secure the service.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate and protect the virtual economy. Operational backups are generally kept for a limited period. Until a dedicated support server is published, privacy and deletion requests should be directed to the administrator of the Discord server where you use GambleBot. Some limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the integrity of other users’ transaction history.
Children
GambleBot is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. Do not use the service if you are not eligible to use Discord.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the bot changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
Getting help
For gameplay instructions, run /gamblehelp in Discord. For privacy or deletion requests, contact your Discord server administrator until GambleBot publishes a dedicated support server.
