Terms of Service
The short version: GambleBot uses free virtual coins with no cash value. Play fairly, do not exploit the economy, and follow Discord’s rules.

These Terms govern your use of GambleBot. By installing or using the bot, you agree to them and to Discord’s applicable terms and policies.
Virtual entertainment only
GambleBot is a free entertainment and economy game. It does not provide real-money gambling. All coins, miners, titles, achievements, and other items are virtual, have no cash value, and may not be purchased, sold, withdrawn, exchanged for money, or redeemed for prizes.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use bots, scripts, alternate accounts, exploits, or deceptive conduct to gain an unfair advantage;
- buy, sell, or trade GambleBot currency or accounts for anything of value;
- abuse bugs, evade cooldowns or enforcement, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access;
- use GambleBot in violation of law, Discord’s rules, or the rights of others.
Economy and game changes
Game outcomes are generated by the bot’s rules. Features, odds, rewards, balances, rankings, cooldowns, and the virtual economy may be adjusted to maintain fairness, security, and service health. We may correct, reverse, or reset activity affected by bugs, exploits, outages, or abuse.
Availability and enforcement
We may suspend access, remove data, or discontinue all or part of the service when reasonably necessary. GambleBot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GambleBot’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of virtual currency, data, access, or expected benefits arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Getting help
For gameplay instructions, run /gamblehelp in Discord. Questions about a particular server should go to that server’s administrators. A dedicated GambleBot support server may be published later.
